We excite 8 years-olds to 80 year-olds. Our price point is very reasonable and is acceptable for middle America and up. We have built 7 Twisted Roots all in different psychographic and demographic densities, from downtown to college town, to suburbia, and all of our restaurants are successful and making money. We will help you find the perfect crowd and keep your place busy all day long.
Currently we are only seeking Franchisee’s in the contiguous states of Texas. Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico. Other states may apply but the time line is 1-2 years for approval.
Franchisees must have excitement and enthusiasm for the concept and our business. Previous restaurant and/or development experience is preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of market(s) to be developed is essential as unconventional locations work well for Twisted Root. Franchisees will have a total net worth of $1.25 million and liquid net worth of $500k and a willingness to open at least 3 units.

We are invested with you and will treat you like family making sure you succeed, because after all–we succeed if you do, and we fail if you fail.
We have always believed that the universal thought, “the best burger in the world is in a little dive, right down the street” was correct. We have worked hard to cultivate a culture and atmosphere of the joint down the street that satisfies this thought process as well as the taste buds. Therefore, all of our locations have a mom and pop culture and atmosphere. We encourage our franchisees to add personal touches and local flair. Jason and our design team have designed three different underlying themes to our burger restaurants.
You can also choose whether your store has a full bar or only serves beer and wine.
